Order Processing
Please allow 3-5 Business Days to process your order. This may vary depending on order complexity. Expect an email within this time, to keep you updated with the progress of your order.

Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with shipment details.
Orders are generally shipped within 3 - 5 Business Days using Royal Mail. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

Import Duties And Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Neither EngraveALS or EngraveAndSew are responsible for these charges, if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Large Letters (UK Standard 2nd Class)
Not exceeding: Length 35.3cm, Width 25cm, Thickness up to 2.5cm, Weight limit 100g: £1.80
Weight limit 250g: £2.15
Weight limit 500g: £2.55
Weight limit 750g: £2.75
Small Parcels (UK Tracked 48hr)
Not exceeding: Length 45cm, Width 35cm, Depth 16cm, Weight limit 2kg: £3.65
Medium Parcels (UK Tracked 48hr)
Not exceeding: Length 61cm, Width 46cm, Depth 46cm, Weight limit 2kg: £5.40
Weight limit 10kg: £6.90
Weight limit 20kg: £10.80

Refunds, Returns And Exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the order amount, minus the original order shipping costs for your returned item/s.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at engraveals@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, and the packaging condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
